Overhaul of 12 API 610 centrifugal pumps during a scheduled turnaround: rotor inspection, mechanical seal renewal, laser shaft alignment and performance testing.
Result
All units returned to service within the turnaround window, with vibration readings back inside acceptance limits.
Offshore drilling contractor
Rebuild of two triplex mud pump fluid ends offshore — liners, pistons, valve seats and discharge pulsation dampener inspection.

Circulating system restored to full working pressure without waiting on a shore-based workshop slot.
Gas processing facility
Root-cause investigation of rising vibration on a reciprocating compressor package: crosshead and bearing inspection, alignment survey, foundation and pipework support review.
Result
Fault traced to a support and alignment issue; corrective work eliminated the alarm condition.
Petrochemical operator
Workshop repair and function testing of axial and globe control valves, plus pressure safety valve setting and certification support.
Result
Valves returned with documented test results, ready for the next operating campaign.
Terminal expansion project
Installation of new transfer pump skids: setting and grouting, coupling alignment, pipework connection checks, dry-run and loaded commissioning.
Result
Handed over to operations with alignment and commissioning records complete.
Land drilling contractor
Planned inspection of drawworks, travelling and crown block assemblies, brake system and top drive service points ahead of a new well programme.
Result
Defects identified and repaired before mobilisation, avoiding unplanned downtime on the well.
